Organization for Research & Community Development (ORCD) is a Non-governmental, Non-political, Non-profitable and independent organization founded in 2010 by a group of community development and research specialist. The aim of the organization is to contribute to the development of Afghanistan as an integral part of the international community. It envisages accomplishing its aims by building local capacities, generating evidence in various disciplines, promoting evidence-based on best practices and implementing development projects aimed at community development at the grass root level. ORCD is a multi-donor funded NGO, implementing health, agriculture and community development projects in several provinces of the country. ORCD would like to implement Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) System Enhancement for Health Action in Transition (SEHAT Phase-III) in Ghazni province funded by (MoPH/WB) for which it would like to seek qualified people.
توضیحات مختصرJob Summary
HMIS assistant is responsible for timely collection, compilation, analysis and dissemination of accurate, reliable HMIS data as per MoPH/BPHS standard guideline and organize and conducting trainings. Provision of supportive supervision and on the job training to facility staff, preparation and compiling the reports, preparation of HMIS reports, data entry, Collection of reports from facilities, Analysis of collected data. Main Duties: Ensure update HMIS software is functional and used properly at the field office. Provide field office, PHPs and community networks with adequate number of updated relevant HMIS formats. Identify staff needs and perform specific training and support to PHPs staff and community network on project proposed training. Conduct TNA from existed PHPs. Collect, compile, analyze data and provide feedback. Provide staff with required HMIS information. Develop project annual training plan. Ensure the flow of information to sub office and main office Participate in drafting monthly, quarterly and annual project reports. Coordinate HMIS and capacity development activities with other concern agencies. Submit HMIS data to ORCD main office timely. Keep records of all training documents in training data base. Providing the HMIS stationary and formats to PHPs level on quarterly base. Follow up the roll and policy of ORCD. Perform any other duties as needed.

شرایط استخدام:Qualifications
Graduated from a recognized medical university or Nursing Excellent in local Languages and as well as of English language Knowledge of computer office packages Previous PHC and management experience will be an advantage Self-motivated Must be honest active, well-mannered and healthy. To be polite and co-operative with office colleagues and have a nice presentation
