Duties and Responsibilities: The Admin and Finance Officer is expected to carry out the following tasks: Support the provision of services and ensure appropriate application of rules and procedures of AACS Consulting. Prepare and draft contracts on a timely basis. Analyze budget limitations for preparation of plans and set budget lines for each project. Prepare financial reports through conducting analysis of financial data in light of IFRS. Take lead in managing financial accounting and administrative activities Ensure efficient and appropriate use of available resources, prevent incurrence of liabilities, and facilitate the communication of financial information to program implementation and business development teams. Review and establish systems to increase transparency and accountability for funds received, and ensure standard financial procedures and strong internal control systems are used and in place. Check, verify and certify all payment requests for all transactions and confirm that they meet the required standards and confirm budget availability. Properly maintain, in soft and hard, all AACS Consulting Headquarters and project financial and administrative files. Undertake monthly, quarterly and annual tax payments and clearances. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual admin and finance plans and reports. Submit appropriate financial reports to clients and donors based on their requirements. Record all financial transactions on the QuickBooks accounting application. Develop useful admin and finance templates and forms. Maintain and manage staff attendance sheets and payrolls. Prepare cash requests on a monthly basis based on AACS Consulting policies. Prepare and issue RFQs and manage negotiations with vendors and service providers. Serve as the procurement management in-charge and ensure updating and maintaining AACS Consulting procurement database in consultation and coordination with VP, Business Services and Operations. Monitor, track and expedite all AACS Consulting logistic activities. Develop and maintain up-to-date AACS Consulting asset inventory and conduct quarterly physical inventory check for all offices. Locate and identify potential vendors and suppliers both domestically and internationally. Any other task as assigned by VP Business Services and Operations.

شرایط استخدام:Qualifications
University degree in ‌Economics, Business Administration or Public Administration. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible work experience, including at least three years working with International organizations in Finance, Accounting and Administration. A minimum of two years’ experience in managerial positions. Demonstrated experience developing and managing large-scale financial and administrative systems. Demonstrate interpersonal skills including diplomacy tact and the ability to negotiate and influence. Proven ability to mentor and build skill of junior staff and interns within the Company. Excellent communication skills in English a must: speaking, writing and listening. Ability to set priorities and mange time effectively. Analytical and problem solving ability. Ability to think strategically and to act in the best interest of AACS Consulting as a whole. Ability to work both independently and as an effective team member. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks a must.
